Why we built Earnest

Brand deals are how creators get paid. Outreach is how you land them. We built Earnest because the existing tools were either expensive managers, generic mail-merge spam, or nothing at all.

The math creators already know

Most creators we work with — the ones doing 50K to 500K followers, the ones who actually drive sales for brands — spend somewhere between 5 and 15 hours a week trying to land deals. Researching brands. Finding the right contact. Writing pitches that don't sound like templates. Following up.

That work compounds. The creators who close consistently are the ones who pitch consistently. But it's also the work that gets cut first when you're busy filming, editing, posting, and living a life.

What we're optimizing for

Earnest is an AI agent that handles the entire outbound loop — picks the brands, drafts the pitch in your voice, sends it from your Gmail, classifies the replies, drafts the negotiation, even counter-offers on lowballs. You only show up when a brand says yes.

Three things we won't compromise on:

1. Sounds like you, not like AI. We re-train the voice fingerprint from your last 50 emails on Pro, so pitches read like you wrote them.

2. Honest math, always. We never promise $5K-a-month results to a 5K-follower account. Estimates are tier-based and grounded in real creator-economy benchmarks (Goldman Sachs Creator Economy 2023, Aspire 2024, IMH 2024, HypeAuditor 2025).

3. Your data is yours. Earnest never trains on your email content. We use Google's official OAuth scopes; you can revoke access anytime from your Google account settings.

What's next

We're building Earnest in the open. The dashboard you log into today is real production code, the agent loop you saw on the landing is the actual cron, and the metrics on the analytics tab are the same numbers we read internally.
